Consumer dispute resolution
The ARCNM platform is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB; there is no consumer relationship. Accordingly, there is no obligation or willingness to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
The European Commission’s former online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; the underlying Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 was repealed (with effect from the same date) by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. A reference to the ODR platform is therefore no longer provided.
Reporting unlawful content (Art. 16 DSA)
Please direct reports of suspected unlawful content made accessible via ARCNM, and other matters within the scope of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), to [email protected]. We generally confirm receipt of your report within 7 days and review the matter without undue delay. Please provide a substantiated justification, a precise reference to the content concerned and – where possible – your contact details, so that we can communicate with you in case of queries. You are required to provide truthful information in your report (cf. Art. 16 (6) DSA).
