How billing works
- Pay only on success — a calculation is charged only on a 200 OK with a valid result; failed runs are free and retrying a failed run never double-bills.
- No double billing — running the identical part again (same environment, same configuration) within the billing month is served from the first result, unbilled; only genuinely new calculations are billed.
- On Pro and Scale, unused included quota rolls over one month forward; it is forfeited on cancellation.
- Free hard-caps at 35 calculations a month; paid plans add a hard spend cap per API key with auto-pause.
- Each plan also carries resource limits (seats, costing environments, calibration runs, API keys); hitting one only blocks creating more until an upgrade — nothing existing is ever deleted.

What's an included calculation?
One calculation prices one part in one costing environment; re-pricing it — another environment, or after a calibration — is a new calculation. Each plan includes a monthly quota — 500 on Pro, 5,000 on Scale, an effectively unlimited custom volume on Enterprise, 35 on Free. Failed runs are free and never count.
What happens when I go over my quota?
On Pro and Scale you keep going at a flat per-calculation rate: €0.49 and €0.32; Enterprise overage is a contracted custom rate. Free has no overage — it hard-caps at 35 calculations a month.
Can the Free plan ever charge me?
No. Free is a hard cap at 35 calculations a month, with no card and no overage. Calculations pause until the next month or until you upgrade.
Does my included quota roll over?
Unused included calculations roll over one month forward on Pro and Scale (Enterprise draws a fresh monthly allotment). Rollover is forfeited if you cancel — your plan stays active to the end of the period, then it lapses.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual Pro (€2,149.20) and Scale (€12,949.20) save versus monthly. Enterprise is annual and prepaid. Switch anytime in billing settings.
Do I pay twice if I run the same part again?
No. Run the identical part again — same environment, same configuration — within your billing month and it's served from the first result, unbilled and instant. A different environment or a changed configuration is a genuinely new calculation, and that one is billed.
What happens when I hit a plan limit?
Nothing breaks. Reaching a limit — seats, environments, calibration runs, API keys — only blocks creating more until you upgrade or add the matching add-on. Everything you already created keeps working, and your billing page shows every limit with your current usage.
What does Enterprise actually include?
Enterprise is a per-company contract: volume, rate, and limits are negotiated with you, billed annually and prepaid, with procurement-ready terms. Your in-app billing page always shows your contracted numbers — volume, overage rate, and base price.
