What counts as a successful extraction?
A 200 OK with a valid result. HTTP 4xx (bad or non-CAD input), 5xx (our fault), and idempotent cache hits all charge €0.
Do failed or corrupt files cost anything?
No. A corrupt STEP, a scanned non-drawing, or an error on our side returns a 4xx/5xx and costs you nothing.
What about retries from my automation?
Identical re-runs within 24 hours are free, deduplicated by a content hash of the file. iPaaS retry loops never double-charge.
Is there a free tier?
Yes, €15 in credit plus 50 calls every month, with no credit card required to start.
Do prepaid credits expire?
No, not while your account is active. You can also set a hard monthly spend cap per API key, with auto-pause.
How do volume discounts work?
A prepaid commitment ladder, from -8% to -50% per call. Annual purchase orders are welcome for Mittelstand and Enterprise procurement.
