- Enterprise — a contracted annual plan: contracted volume, a negotiated per-calculation rate, and procurement-ready terms. Sales-led — talk to sales for a quote.
How billing works
- Pay only on success — a calculation is charged only on a 200 OK with a valid result; failed runs are free and retrying a failed run never double-bills.
- No double billing — running the identical part again (same environment, same configuration) within the billing month is served from the first result, unbilled; only genuinely new calculations are billed.
- On Pro and Scale, unused included quota rolls over one month forward; it is forfeited on cancellation.
- Past its included 10 a month, Free pauses until you add a card and top up — the prepaid balance is the ceiling, so no self-serve plan can bill you more than you have paid in (Enterprise is invoiced on contracted terms). Every plan can also set a monthly spend cap, per organisation or per API key, that auto-pauses.
- Each plan also carries resource limits (costing environments, machine fleets, storage — plus seats and calibration runs on Free); hitting one only blocks creating more of that one thing until an upgrade — nothing existing is ever deleted. Seats, calibration runs and API keys are unlimited on every paid plan.
Frequently asked questions
What's an included calculation?
One calculation prices one part in one costing environment; re-pricing it — another environment, or after a calibration — is a new calculation. Each plan includes a monthly quota — 300 on Pro, 2,500 on Scale, an effectively unlimited custom volume on Enterprise, 10 on Free. Failed runs are free and never count.
What happens when I go over my quota?
You keep going at your plan's flat per-calculation rate: €1.49 on Free, €0.99 on Pro and €0.79 on Scale; Enterprise overage is a contracted custom rate. On Free, Pro and Scale it is drawn from a prepaid balance, so you never owe more than you have already paid in. Enterprise settles on its contracted invoice.
Can the Free plan ever charge me?
Only if you choose to. The 10 monthly calculations are free and need no card. Past them, calculations pause — saved, never lost — until you add a card and top up a balance; then they run at €1.49 each and stop again when the balance is spent. You are never billed for more than you have already paid in.
Does my included quota roll over?
Unused included calculations roll over one month forward on Pro and Scale (Enterprise draws a fresh monthly allotment). Rollover is forfeited if you cancel — your plan stays active to the end of the period, then it lapses.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual Pro (€2,149.20) and Scale (€12,949.20) save versus monthly. Enterprise is annual and prepaid. Switch anytime in billing settings.
Do I pay twice if I run the same part again?
No. Run the identical part again — same environment, same configuration — within your billing month and it's served from the first result, unbilled and instant. A different environment or a changed configuration is a genuinely new calculation, and that one is billed.
What happens when I hit a plan limit?
Nothing breaks. Reaching a limit — costing environments, machine fleets, storage, or (on Free only) seats and calibration runs — blocks creating more of that one thing until you upgrade or add Environments+. Everything you already created keeps working, and your billing page shows every limit with your current usage.
What does Enterprise actually include?
Enterprise is a per-company contract: volume, rate, and limits are negotiated with you, billed annually and prepaid, with procurement-ready terms. Your in-app billing page always shows your contracted numbers — volume, overage rate, and base price.
